It's no surprise that he was an instant hit with gramma! My family made fun of him because of how polite he was with his southern "yes ma'am" and "yes sirs". Some of his family may know my version of the first time I had met them and some may be reading it for the first time...I loved you instantly but I was scared to death!!!!!! It was terrifying because I was asked to stay overnight with his brother, sister in law, and nephew at their house in one town the FIRST TIME I MET them while Aaron stayed at his mother's house in the next town over. Let me just tell you I stayed in my room "sleeping in" that next morning at his brother's until Aaron's car pulled up!
At work he moved into a network manager position, I stayed in first grade only moving to a room across the hall. He got his first apartment on his own, which was a pretty big deal. I helped him shop of course! I moved into a house with some friends, although they still tease that I only slept there because I was either at school or with Aaron the rest of the time. We were pretty much inseparable and I knew he was "the one"!
It wasn't long before our small group of friends from work decided to go on a spring break trip, that's the next blog so stay tuned!
